Goodness or kindness is a natural result of faith and outstanding virtue of humanity. Kindness is a type of behaviour marked by acts of generosity, consideration or concern for others without having an exception of praise or reward.
Aristotle defines kindness as
"Helpfulness towards someone in need, not in return for anything, nor for the advantage of helper himself but for that of the person helped."

Islam teaches his followers to be kind to others. Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is prefect example of kind person. He is kind with even those who are His enemies.

Islam teaches to be kind with even animals. Once Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) forbidden a man to put weight on his camel more than he bear.

According to researches a person who is kind to other lead a happy life. Even small acts of kindness in our daily life such as helping your friend in study, giving a pen or pencil to your class fellow, giving a piece of bread to someone hungry gives you satisfaction. When you see someone happy due to your act, it gives you personal satisfaction.
